    I worked at SP+ full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nice people to chat with on a personal level

    Cons

Employees are very unresponsive. Company processes are messy and out of date. Management is stuck in their ways and not looking to be progressive with new programs and ways of doing things. Felt ignored and not respected. No one in upper management really knew what any of us did in our roles.

    Advice to Management

Update/ streamline processes with newer systems and integrations. AS400 is ancient and needs to be replaced.
Listen to lower level employees about issues that they are seeing.
Be more available for questions and training of employees.

    it has bad management

    Advice to Management

please do not be rude for your employees, they are a human being like, you guys! pay better price-wage than the list price.

    I worked at SP+ full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Had a view of the beach , that's pretty much it. I'm serious.

    Cons

    1. Low pay - little incentive to thrive in the business low motivation through the Organization
    2. Nepotism Breathes and Rules in some branches of this Organization.
All my Hard Work and Hustle for nothing , just to have someone who kisses the supervisors behind all day get more hours and a promotion !
    3. Complete lack of support from Management when problems arise .
Anything to get the " Next Contract"

I'll stop there. wow that felt so good to get off my chest.
    Oh yes there's more.

    Advice to Management

    1. Value your employees learn to make them an asset rather than disposable objects.
    2. Ask your self : Is standard parking so big that it has lost control of the ultimate goal? I think Yes. No wonder LAZ Parking and ABM are taking over YOUR LOCATIONS.
    3. Keep your employees happy but don't spoil them. Simple right?

I have been working at SP+ part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

If you like working only on specific days then this is the job for you. the hours and days are lenient and you don't have to be working everyday.

    Cons

THEY DO NOT TRAIN YOU VERY GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!Plus ambassador jobs are dangers as you could be possibly run over while walking in between the cars. there are also no breaks although they do let you use the restroom if its an emergency. Ohhhh and what else you have to be used to walking n the sun and sweating. My personal opinion is that its a great first job but personally yo should look for a better one. The managers are always hoovering over your shoulder looking to see if you make a mistake so they can call you out on it.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to be better at training their employees. I was trained as a cashier for about 5 minutes before I was tossed in there without any experience what so ever.

    Pros

I can't think of anything good about this company.

    Cons

all, no benefits, bad wages, bad management.

    Advice to Management

They need to hire more managers who actually know what they are doing. They have no clue whats going on 90 % of the time. Uneducated managers( mostly Mexicans" who lack education background and very rude and unprofessional " managers". Will not recommend to anyone ever work for those guys, unless you have time to waste.

I have been working at SP+ full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The only good experience I've had is working with the client who, by the way, treats me better than my own company!

    Cons

Management doesn't know MY job let alone theirs! Always negative! Don't care at all about their employees!!!! No raises!!! Work in all elements of weather and never get help for spring break craziness!!!!

    Advice to Management

Maybe take time to learn every job so when u start criticizing your workers you actually know what your talking about!!!! Maybe look out for the employees that work their tails off!!!!
