I have been working at SPARTA

    Pros

Not sure what is going to happen to this with the purchase by Cobham. The compensation comes in the form of stock options, which, while the company...

    Advice to Management

Eat lunch with the staff _every_ day. Screw the bonus system which only wastes time and hurts moral. Use the few thousand dollars saved to throw some good parties. I worked at SPARTA

    Pros

Sparta offers competitive compensation and good benefits. The 401k contribution is great.

    Cons

Sparta was recently purchased by Cobham and the culture and compensation are changing.

    Advice to Management

The division manager was the number one reason I left Sparta.
