    Pros

Your skills are valued, and great opportunity to network

    Cons

They don't tell you upfront exactly what you'll be doing, staying vague.

    Advice to Management

Be upfront with employees in the beginning, & maybe you'll keep them.

    Pros

It was an opportunity to get back in the workforce after 2 years of not working.

    Cons

It was only temporary and I need something a little more stable.

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at SPS Consulting as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

They go out of their way to find me a job when I am down on my luck, unemployed, and striking out everywhere i go. They got me a good job, helped me with each step of the whole process to make sure I was comfortable. Good people working there!

    Cons

Limited types of jobs, only administrative stuff and similar jobs.

    Advice to Management

Same people, more fields to cover!

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at SPS Consulting full-time

    Pros

Easy to interview with the company. The more difficult interview is with the customer.

    Cons

Several instances of questionnable ethics. You won't get straight feedback from the SPS team. After receiving a notice that my health insurance was cancelled, I was told by both the insurance carrier and SPS that they didn't pay their bill. SPS had recently received a big account and "money was tight".

    Advice to Management

The ends don't always justify any action. Be above board in how you deal with customers and employees.
