Small company so enormous opportunity to learn and grow. Nothing else is really a pro about this company.

    4. Too much of politics and management does nothing about it
    5. You will NEVER get your full & final settlement. You heard it right - NEVER

    Advice to Management

    2. Get a strong SALES team
    3. Treat all employees equal whether current or past
