RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at SRC full-time for less than a year
Pros
First and foremost, SRC makes you feel valued and heard. No voice is too small and everyone is expected to provide input. It's an innovative group of folks that are invested in the technology they develop, and the company fosters that by investing back into its employees. Work/Life balance is great, and the benefits package is phenomenal (definitely well-exceeds industry standard in my experience). I feel engaged and challenged everyday, and I feel like I'm equipped with the resources I need to meet the demands of the job.
Cons
Not as much a "con" as an acknowledgement - we're growing and there are challenges that are associated with the evolution that accompanies growth. Nevertheless, SRC's culture of teamwork and the sense that there's no problem too great allow the company to push through.
