    Pros

There are no pros except for fellow technicians.

    Cons

Everything. Absolute worst place to work.

    Advice to Management

Get new supervisors. They lie on you if they don't like you. The turnover rate for engineers and technicians is high. They either make you so miserable that you quit or they get you fired. Most techs there have 1 year or less doing the job and it's even higher for operators and they wonder why there's such a problem with quality.

    Pros

Good insurance. Co workers always tried doing benefits to help others. Met good co workers in my 10 years.

    Cons

Upper management is hell. They don't care about you. It's only about what management thinks. Employees don't matter. 10 years there an fired for a violation policy.

    Advice to Management

Fire them all an start over.

    Pros

This job is extremely fast paced. There is always issues to solve, so it is perfect for medicated problem solvers.

    Cons

The pay is well below what would be expected for this position. While they are a Koch Industries company, and follow the Market Based Management philosophy, it is used by upper management as more of a shield than a way to help build a successful culture.

    Advice to Management

Use MBM to build team Philosopy. Use the value brought to process to set compensation for hourly and front line supervision.

    Pros

    Opportunities for hands on work
Opportunity to communicate with various groups of employees both salary and hourly
    Generous sick leave policy
    I DON'T WORK THERE ANYMORE!

    Cons

Managers will say and promise whatever is needed to sucker you into employment
Average career span of 9 months due to high turnover
Regularly witnessed potential employees sent home during interview days due to management being "too busy"
Total communication breakdown between management and employees
False promises, akin to dangling a carrot in front of a rabbit, due to misimplemented inter-company management philosophy
    Management apathetic to employees
Management repeats failed policies, learns nothing, and finds way to blame employees
Corporate office 100% removed from plant, plants left to fend for themselves
Plant Manager operates a do as I say not as I do policy
40 hour work week quickly expanded into and expected but not compensated 65-70 hour work week
Promotion based on favoritism not on skill and input

    Advice to Management

Lead from the front and set the example
Value Employees not see them as means to an end
Take responsibility for failures instead of passing the blame
    Reward innovation

I worked at SRG Global full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The people are great to work with for the most part. The building has totally been updated. Great place to learn about the automotive industry. You are able to take a project and make it your own on how you want it done. Benefits are good but there is little perks.

    Cons

The systems are in place dont work. They say we have flex work schedule but you dont. They over load you because they run extremely thin. If you take a vacation/sick day, you are still required to attend meetings and cover your projects from out the office. Some account managers get car allowances / others dont. They say there is room for growth and opportunity but since Coke bought them out its really only a sales pitch. Ive seen plenty of people try to move to another department and are stuck in a role for months until they quit and than they try whatever they can to keep that person, without compensating the employee for what they are worth.

Wages are just below average compared to the market place for account managers in the Metro Detroit area.

    Advice to Management

You have great people working for you, but you overload them with the workload it would take for 3 people to do. There is zero work/life balance, which is why employees are leaving. Stop pushing for sales for new business when you can barely support your current business, or hire more people.

    Pros

Owned by the Koch Brothers who have been successful. May make future changes to current leadership in the future.

    Cons

Management is a dictatorship and is not customer focus. Preach the MBM (Market Based Management) Philosophy that has been successful with the Koch's owned companies.

    Advice to Management

Eliminate the fear factors at your plants. Look at the turn over in the HR roles and actually understand why? Don't promote leaders because of bottom line financials. IF you truly believe in the MBM principles such as INTEGRITY and COMPLIANCE. If so why do you are you on the EPA watch lists? Big Polluter!!
