    I worked at SRG Global

    Pros

Nothing about my experience there was enjoyable, most everyone was unhappy in any job there across the company

    Cons

Terrible place to work, upper management does very little, understaffed, poorly run and the corporate headquarters are a stuck up snobbish nightmare to work with. Was the most miserable year of my life. No work life balance

I have been working at SRG Global full-time

    Pros

There is a good work-life balance for some employees. SRG also has a reasonable flex-time program. Pay and benefits do trail the region's average and are behind Guardian, but not by an unreasonable amount. High employee turnover means your job is pretty secure.

    Cons

The company is a disorganized mess. There are more computer programs than you know what to do with. Training for them is extensive, but given by people who can't teach, and on things not related to your job. The end result is that you avoid them whenever possible when you need to be productive, and you worry that there will be something important lost between one of the systems. You also hear a lot of "That's not my job" or "That's not value-add" when the time comes to get to work.

I worked at SRG Global full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    Good health insurance paid holidays.

    Cons

No work life balance, do not care about employees, for work being done you are underpaid, overtime given on extreme short notice. Salaried employees are treated better than the hourly employees who really do the hard work just b/c they don't have a degree. No room for any advancement without a degree and if you're not liked by upper management you might as well find a job somewhere else.

I worked at SRG Global full-time

    Pros

Great benefits, suite at the Palace and other team building activities. Great learning experience for those new or recent college graduates.

    Cons

Little work life balance, underpaid, does not value to some of its employees who put in the hours. Very lean organization, putting out fires most of the time.
