Great entry level job, already started to make an impact really quick into the job. Work hard play hard culture. Easy to learn. Unlimited vacation days if your work allows for it. Occasionally you can have a lot of downtime or sometimes you work till late at night or weekends (rare). Overall though, work life balance is good. Very monotonous and very repetitive work.
Cons
If you do your job well you basically go under the radar and forgotten. Salary is lower than the industry but you’re also doing data entry work. Your career developmental skills top out real quick.

A steady and secure opportunity for someone looking to break into the fintech industry. Older infrastructure, dubious IT management. Very strong management, and you are not pigeon-holed if you want to pursue something else. There are some super smart people at this company.
