The culture of the company in Europe was the best attribute for people's interest in staying long years in the company . Very cool environment and enough challenging for those who are ambitious . Smart and very nice people to work with . Great work environment

Management decisions sometimes are disconnected from employees feedback . Reorgs continues for the last two or more years . With recent acquisition another reorganization happened both in Europe and USA , and no one is sure if a few more waves will follow as SS&C starts getting more involved in the business
