I have been working at SSF Imported Auto Parts full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

SSF lets you be yourself. There is no "image" that the company wants to uphold. Just do a good job, and you will be rewarded. Old, young, gay, straight, any ethnic background, does not matter. Wear jeans and a t-shirt if you like, does not matter. It's all about results. And the management only judges people on results.

    Cons

Be prepared for a fast pace of change... If you are up for it, this is a great place to be.

    Advice to Management

Keep seeing people for what they can accomplish, not for how they appear.

I worked at SSF Imported Auto Parts full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good benefits and decent pay considering the position. Also the work isn't really hard

    Cons

The problem you'll run into here is the people. The managers can be really condescending, and don't really take the time to listen to you. They talk behind your back and don't appreciate you. Especially the ones in California.

    Advice to Management

Treat people better that way you won't have as much turnover

    Pros

Offers benefits and a meager salary.

    Cons

Management is incompetent, and will expect you to take care of their responsibilities. After they realize their neglect, management will then attribute these faults to the hourly employees.

    Advice to Management

Do a thorough audit/review of your current managers and hourly staff and new hires. Continue this throughout employment.
