    I have been working at SSI (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Always pay on time and get direct deposit which is very helpful and you can count on it by midnight the night before

    Cons

    Only pay monthly so you have to really budget your money very tightly and remember to pay in small increments

    Advice to Management

    Pay bi-monthly so it would be easier to budget and pay bills on time and make it last longer

    Pros

    Very good salary and have some days off .... Early working hours and you are your own supervisor

    Cons

    You really don't know what day you will have off until the work load lighten up... Even tho they say you Work 6:30 -3:30pm you really work 14 hours out the with all the phone calls you get after hours.

    Advice to Management

    It will help all the branch mangers if you let them hire an assistant branch manager so that branch manger can have plan days off

    good work/ life balance. great hours. no time cards

    Cons

    no raises for 2 straight years now. lots of people have a "not my job" attitude

    needs to be getting more customers as the one major one we have is just not enough

    Pros

    I am on disability I do not work for them.You cannot make it on disability hardly. I have a ticket to work program which allows me to work so many hours a month. I am a good dependable worker.

    not enough money on disability

    I am a hard worker even tho I am on disability.

    Pros

    Great place to start a career. Good training, lots of great experience. Young company wiht a fun culture.

    Cons

    Can get stuck in the same role with any movement. Pay scale does not reflect the hours that employees put in. Bonus structure needs to change.

    Pros

    Small company with big company focus. Great earning potential, strong leadership, great opportunities for growth, friendly work environment with a strong team of really great people.

    Cons

    Economic down turn caused some pain and we had to layoff several people. However as the market recovers I am sure that SSI will rebound as well.

    Advice to Management

    Keep trying, one day all of your vision will come true and you will reach your goals and desires. Thanks for the 5 great years.
