      Pros

Great work life balance for working parents.

      Cons

Women are not promoted here, only men. They believe giving away prizes for a contest is how you make employees happy. Would rather them put the money towards hard working employees. Diversity is a joke.

      Pros

I worked for this company from May 2018- January 2020. I’m sure it’s totally different now because of Covid but -Tips. Tips were always pretty good and credit card tips were paid out to you that night so you always went home with all your tips. Cash tips didn’t need to be reported. A few hundred a shift. Paycheck could amount to $0 depending on how many credit card tips were earned per hours worked but it’s worth it.

      Cons

Very ratchet at the JFK location. Huge employee turnover. Poor management, managers were always changing. Certain problem employees were protected with union status.

      Never Again

      Pros

If you enjoy long hours, constant movement from unit to unit with little to no notice, doing hourly jobs 80% of the time (on top of your duties) with zero appreciation and minimal support, this is definitely the place for you. This will undoubtedly consume about 50-70 hours of your week but you'll only be getting paid for 40 of them, mind you.

      Cons

Leadership in terminal horrible. Very little support from operations and upper management. Little to zero empathy for the things going on in your personal life. $20 daily allowance for food which leaves you paying out of pocket for most meals as most are not going 10+ hours without eating twice. Not permitted to purchase steak, seafood or bottled beverages. Rules were different for you based on how favorably you were seen by the upper management. Severely understaffed.

      Pros

free food on break and small benefits for signing on.

      Cons

Parking, lack of staff, shift constantly rotates around the airport. Pay is too low. HR is a nightmare and breaks are way to short.
