I have been working at SSP America part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Room for growth if you do well. You can make a lot of money depending on the day/shift you get. Even if it's slow you walk out with much more in tips than you would at some other server job.

    Cons

Managers definitely have their favorites. During the slow times of the year i.e. after the new year until spring break, hours get cut severely.

    Advice to Management

Hire better people. Don't play favorites. Be fair with scheduling. Have better communication with each other and with us.
