I have been working at SSP Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It's a good way to network yourself around the airport that's really all I can say about it for this company.

    Cons

Upper management could care less about their employees and their management on the floor. None of the tools are given to their employees in order for them to be successful at their positions. It's really a shame but that's the honest truth.

    Advice to Management

Start with the simple things. Promoting within, making sure your staff has the things needed in order to get the job done. There's no reason why employees shouldn't be given the necessary tools to get their job done.
