    Pros

fair, good benefits, good support, friendly, loyal staff, never a dull moment, always something to do, never boring, family focused

    Cons

Too much emphasis on who did the work, often times a team effort. Long hours expected with little compensation.

    Advice to Management

Pay closer attention to motivation and feelings of employees, not just work related events. People do encounter crisis, need help.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at SSP full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Decent and modern training, on site medical facilities and lunch room. A few of the machine operators I knew seemed happy and almost adequately paid.

    Cons

Zero opportunity for growth or promotion, sexual harassment and chauvinistic culture among management in shipping dept. Granted, this is mostly a warehouse/factory environment but I was still blown away by how sexist and unprofessional the environment was, very petty and corrupt, would not recommend this environment to anyone.

    Advice to Management

Clean out management, promote from within, pay adequately, and be there more than once a month to actually see what's going on and be aware of what's going on there
