I worked at STRATA Marketing full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

pretty flexible, good pay, business casual, and the ability to work remote for at least 1/3 of the jobs is great

    Cons

When Comcast bought the company, and then a change in management occurred, it wasn't for the better...particularly since the owning company and the management didn't think long term

    Advice to Management

Learn to say "no" and remember what the core business is and then treat your loyal employees better.

    Pros

STRATA has a very relaxed atmosphere. Coworkers are generally very helpful. No one is looking to throw you under the bus. Management is also very understanding of special circumstances for employees.

    Cons

Many STRATA employees do not live in Chicago, including some supervisors. As such communication is sometimes difficult. Communicating with local coworkers is much more rewarding.
