I worked at STV (More than a year)

    Pros

    - A really good variety of work from buildings to bridges to tunnels. Very challenging and you learn a lot. A lot of high profile projects that will certainly shine on your resume.
    - Very talented and nice people to work with. Almost everyone on the team has a master's degree in engineering.
    - Relatively diverse team. International employees and female managers.
-Great support in term of training and continuous education.
-Great office directors who listen and care about the feedback from the employees.
    -Fair pay and benefits.
    -Drafters in the office.

    Cons

    - Rather heavy work load and intense working environment. Everyone in the office is in a rush and under stress of catching deadlines constantly.
    - Very high expectations on the younger staff. Can't really say it's a bad thing but sometimes the younger staff seem to be doing work that is certainly the manager's responsibility.
    - Not a lot of company culture because everyone is so busy with the projects.

    Advice to Management

It might be worth it to hire interns to take away some basic tasks.
