I have been working at SThree full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Excellent commission scheme & it is relatively easy to get paychecks upwards of $10k, $15k, $20k+. Excellent company culture & amazing incentives.

    Cons

Like any sales role, there are ups & downs with performance. Work/life balance is tough when you start, but once you're up & running, it improves.

    Advice to Management

Continue to be transparent about changes & company strategies - it helps keep employees engaged.

I have been working at SThree full-time

    Pros

Uncapped commission so you can make a lot of money but it does take hard work. Also, the company is a good time, in and out of the office lots of fun people.

    Cons

Little bit of an immature culture but definitely moving in the right direction. Internal systems aren't the best. Too strict about 8:00am start time, especially when people consistently work late.

    Pros

Had a great experience with Sthree. It was my first ‘real job’ out of college so I was very pleased with the extensive training and support. I learned sales skills I will be using for the rest of my career. If you are an outgoing, smart, hardworking person looking seeking a ‘work hard play hard’ environment you will thrive!

    Cons

Lacks diversity racially. No women at an executive-level.

    Pros

Fantastic working environment, excellent initial training given and good rewards on offer if successful at your job

    Cons

No real direction of where company is going. Limited in what yo are doing each day. Almost feels like a cult, vey much controlled at the top.

    Advice to Management

Structured training for senior team members, be more innovative with launching new products. Don't turn corporate
