    Pros

    A great head manager who works to help you understand. Great potential job growth from within.

    Cons

    How they train and communicate Work Duties. Training is very "weird" as a simple question or offering help towards the trainer could get them in trouble.

    Pros

    Amazing co-workers, team environment, consistent pay (if you never make mistakes)

    Cons

    No tips/bonus-based wage + base pay, this means you can make up to $27/hr as a server but actually you would be making more if tips were accepted. Also if you do something wrong, they can take away your bonus; therefore, losing all you made no matter how hard you worked for it. There is a service charge for customers which replaces tips.

    Pros

    Stable pay. Minimum wage + a weekly bonus which adds up to roughly 29 an hour. Small menu thats easy to memorize. Limited amount of tables so you’re never overwhelmed. Sugarfish is a great place to get experience. Once you have it. Leave.

    Cons

    No tips. With the amount of money coming in, if there was 20% on each check you would make way more than the 29 an hour. To make more than $1000 in one week you would have to work well over 40 hrs. Management is all over the place. Probably why turn over is so high.
