      Pros

      It is a place if you are happy with doing minimal repetitive work. Flexible hours. A lot of interaction with college kids.

      Cons

      This is no a place for growth as your manager only used you to do stuff that is not valuable. Your time is not valued. No raises for years with minimum pay and no performance evaluation. Politics and environment at the department is also pretty bad.

      Pros

      Great people to work with, very flexible hours. It's just an amazing group of people with professional expertise. Respect students' thoughts and ideas and very supportive! It's one of the best experience I've ever had! Faculty there are super nice and professional! Highly recommend!

      I haven't seen any cons so far. If there is one, I am gonna say, the weather is really cold there...

      Great relationship with professors, professional work environment, flexible hours and excellent health insurance

      Sometimes you get assigned to multiple professors who have competing projects, but it is definitely manageable for the right person
