      Pros

Todd working environment, friendly folks to work with. Weekly report to the supervisor so there was good communication with management. I got to choose when to work during the week so the balance between work and life was pretty good.

      Cons

Nothing really bad for my position.

      Pros

Medium school so tons of work to be done with students - area for growth and very dynamic workplace

      Cons

Communication between uppers (Chancellors/VP's/Deans) is trickled down and often have knee jerk reaction to changes. Lots of top admin changes (new Presidents, etc.) which makes goals and agendas differ often from year to year. Great benefits and good work environment.

      Pros

You get to meet new people, help earn donations for the university, and can do your homework/entertain yourself while the phone dials (after working there for a bit).

      Cons

It's telemarketing, which is not very fun, but they do their best to make it a fun work environment.
