    Pick & Drop
    Medical Facility
    On time Salary
    Saturday Off
    Housing Subsidy

    Cons

    No Career Progress If you are joining as a Staff
    No respect for Staff Officials.
    Facility of Car / Motorcycle Advance, Welfare loans, House building advance are all turn based instead of need base.
    Office etiquette are more important than productivity and timeliness.
    Forceful transfers near retirement.
    Jail like environment.
    High Discrimination between officer and staff, like separate canteen, separate lunch menu's, accommodation even the washrooms are also separate.
    Unnecessary late sittings.

    Advice to Management

    Chairman should be within organization and have at least relevant background to run the National Space Agency

    Job Security, Good Environment for women

    Cons

    Not much wok load. The talent gets rusted here. No appreciation for hard work.

    Please do something for this sinking ship

    Pros

    1. Good salary
    2. Job security
    3. RnD Organization (Helpful to those who want to get Higher Education)
    4. Relaxed environment

    Cons

    1. An SPS-8 officer always needs to go through proper channel. The immediate superior always suppresses your complaint/request/application.
    2. They post people outside their province (I belonged to Punjab but was Posted in Karachi)
    3. Strict management procedures
    4. They don't let you resign easily. They'll keep your resignation with themselves without accepting it for the next 6+ months

    Advice to Management

    Duration of management related policies including recruitment process, procurement process and exiting process should be reduced. Employees should be given peace of mind by posting them near to their hometown.

    A great place to express yourself as a professional and skilled person

    Cons

    A very lengthy and complexed method to present your new ideas and normally officers do not expect such an extra ordinary work from the staff

    Advice to Management

    Management should take such steps that every employee be motivated and give its best and also increase the skills of employees by arranging trainings and scholarships not only for officers but also for staff as well

    I worked at SUPARCO full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    The best thing here is the abundance of resources required to perform research.You will get state-of-the-art equipment and technical softwares. Furthermore, you will get many training opportunities.

    Cons

    The worst thing is the top management. You will never be trusted in your work. Due to it being defense organization, you will be scrutinized everyday and at every place in the company. Besides, you will have to do a lot of non-technical stuff. The pace of the work is really slow here.

    Advice to Management

    Relieve you engineers from many non-technical activities. Also. Remove the element of fear from within your employees. This will enhance their output.

    Pros

    You get all the state-of-the art resources needed for research in RF/Microwave and Antenna design..Good salary for a job in Pakistan.

    Cons

    The biggest challenge is the bureaucratic working environment that will slow down your pace of work.Moreover, the behavior of senior management.

    Advice to Management

    Reduce procedures and encourage research work more.

    Pros

    Everybody is trying to get a Gov. Job but getting a job in SUPARCO is more than that because its not simply a traditional Gov. Organization but a NATIONAL SPACE AGENCY with a Culture like other Multi National Organizations.

    Cons

    Career Growth is not much accelerated but satisfactory.
