    Need the motivational managers for teams who guide the commission in righteous manners with good pace.

    Pros

    Its a govt. organization, so as long as there is govt. your job is safe.
    you will keep getting salary because its coming from the defense budget.
    you can leave office at 4 sharp, because there isn't much to do.

    Cons

    Little to no work to do.
    SUPARCO is as familiar to research as a primary teacher.
    Like all govt. orgs, you cannot learn much from here.

    please focus on people's talents and find new ways to utilize them.

    Pick & Drop
    Medical Facility
    On time Salary
    Saturday Off
    Housing Subsidy

    Cons

    No Career Progress If you are joining as a Staff
    No respect for Staff Officials.
    Facility of Car / Motorcycle Advance, Welfare loans, House building advance are all turn based instead of need base.
    Office etiquette are more important than productivity and timeliness.
    Forceful transfers near retirement.
    Jail like environment.
    High Discrimination between officer and staff, like separate canteen, separate lunch menu's, accommodation even the washrooms are also separate.
    Unnecessary late sittings.

    Advice to Management

    Chairman should be within organization and have at least relevant background to run the National Space Agency

    No opportunities, you become lazy if you are not self driven. No incentive or bonuses

    Job Security, Good Environment for women

    Cons

    Not much wok load. The talent gets rusted here. No appreciation for hard work.

    Please do something for this sinking ship

    Pros

    1. Good salary
    2. Job security
    3. RnD Organization (Helpful to those who want to get Higher Education)
    4. Relaxed environment
    5. Normal growth rate

    Cons

    1. An SPS-8 officer always needs to go through proper channel. The immediate superior always suppresses your complaint/request/application.
    2. They post people outside their province (I belonged to Punjab but was Posted in Karachi)
    3. Strict management procedures
    4. They don't let you resign easily. They'll keep your resignation with themselves without accepting it for the next 6+ months

    Advice to Management

    Duration of management related policies including recruitment process, procurement process and exiting process should be reduced. Employees should be given peace of mind by posting them near to their hometown.

    A great place to express yourself as a professional and skilled person

    Cons

    A very lengthy and complexed method to present your new ideas and normally officers do not expect such an extra ordinary work from the staff

    Advice to Management

    Management should take such steps that every employee be motivated and give its best and also increase the skills of employees by arranging trainings and scholarships not only for officers but also for staff as well
