I worked at SUTTER WEST BAY HOSPITALS full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The coworkers in the trenches are fantastic! They really value what they do and they care about the patients.

    Cons

Everyone there, to a person, lives in fear of the CEO. The CEO is fantastic at presenting an impeccable public face. However, illness is this CEO's weakness. Once an employee takes a couple of sick days - or takes a medical leave for a serious health issue, they are added to the revolving "list." These employees will find themselves stripped of their directorship roles and will earn low performance evaluations out of the blue. Eventually, they will either be fired or they will cave to the constant negative pressure and they'll leave on their own.

    Advice to Management

You have a big legal problem brewing. What a waste of my time.
