    Pros

Decent environment. Encouraging coworkers. Decent pay, benefits, and bonuses.

    Cons

Lack of training. Communication could be much better between departments.

    Advice to Management

Training employees would make a huge difference. The work is a lot to take in.

    Pros

Mostly nice people. Some were eager to help. The lady in mortgage was one of the rudest most vile people I have ever met I think it made her feel better about herself to treat others like totalcrap. The sales gm was cool but he should of changed my trainer after I told him what my my trainer had told m.

    Cons

The person training me let it be known from the very first day that he hated training. His first priority was to sell for himself. It got to the point where I was afraid to ask him questions (my fault. I shouldn't of cared. After googling them, I got the impression they were a dishonest company. Especially after googling Scott
wizig, the owner. I too would love to be rich. I just don't want to to screw over the customers who can least afford it.

    Advice to Management

Have a regular training team. Spend more than a few hours before you are thrown to the phones. Charge a fair and honest price to the buyers who you are taking advantage of with the overpriced houses and the high interest rates.

    Cons

No sales managers presence crooked business practices no HR presence. Crooked loan officer. No training program no on going training

    Advice to Management

Hire a whole new upper management sales team. This current team is lousy.
