I worked at SYKES full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It was a 100% work from home job, allowing more flexibility than most office jobs. Jobs were available for a variety of different client needs.

    Cons

Most jobs required working at least 1 weekend day, so keep that in mind. Most jobs offered were for daytime or early evening positions. (Not many options for us "night owls.")
