    Pros

    Decent pay, great atmosphere, management and team leads are very helpful and show concern to the employees, can always pick up extra shifts

    Cons

    Short lunch breaks, low pay, only pays enough to get by, other than that it's an okay job

    Got to meet alot of new people and that helped the day go by alot faster

    Cons

    The manager(s) where undertrained to have there position within the company. Had very upset customers almost every call

    Advice to Management

    More training of upper management, they are good people just don't have the correct training. Give the agents one on one training
