Jan 12, 2023 - Cust Service Representative in Colorado Springs, CORecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Easy job with a somewhat flexible schedule.
Cons
Training is horrible. Employees are expected to learn the menus in their own time, unpaid. Supervisors do not offer help and if you ask for it, your questions in chat are ignored for days. If you ask for additional training you are refused or simply ignored. If you do not fulfill an order they count it against you even though you have no control over that. You are required to have "coaching" every week but the time you take for coaching counts AGAINST your production, which in turn, affects your bonuses. Therefore you are penalized for going to a mandatory meeting. They track your attendance very closely but often say you left work early when they offered you to leave early. You have to be vigilant to catch these mistakes or it affects your bonus. It happens so often that it has to be deliberate. If you have ANY technical problems it's not supposed to affect your production time; the supervisors are supposed to fix it. But they don't because in turn, this affects your bonus in a negative way. It is in the company's best interest to not fix your attendance or tech issues because they avoid paying you your promised bonuses. The phone numbers for maybe 60% of all restaurants locations are wrong yet they expect the employee to report them even though we do not have time between calls because we receive call, after call with rarely a break in between. Horrible company who treats employees like a number, sets up its employed to fail not succeed, so it can avoid paying bonuses and keeping its promises.

The environment is very dystopian
May 9, 2023 - Home Ordering Specialist in Colorado Springs, CORecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Working from home, maybe? It's great if you lack a means of transportation faster than your feet.
Cons
The management is not very engaging or conducive to your professional growth, the calls are placed back-to-back, you can't get up to do anything unless it's okay with your supervisor, and your coworkers behave like they're still in high school.

Pros
Everyone is nice to work with.
Cons
The company is dying. They arent innovating faster than the market and people simply don't call restaurants to place orders anymore, and even if they did call, no one wants to talk to a bot.

The job is easy and it's work from home. The pay isn't great, but the hours are reasonably flexible. Wouldn't recommend it as a career but as a side job or for to make a bit of extra money it's great.
Cons
Customer service, so you'll have to deal with the occasional difficult customer.
