    Pros

It's a job, but then so is mucking out stables.

    Cons

Left out on the side of the road overnight because I ran out of drive time. I was in my truck for 26 hours, The driver sent to help me didn't even have a driver license. Another went to lunch and never came back. There are no bonuses, incentives or raises. Drivers are treated poorly and communication is just about zero.

    Advice to Management

Talk to your people and make them feel human! Coordinate your routes and screen the people you hire. Load the trucks so we can get done faster. Don't work a driver to death one day and then give him nothing the next. Our families are as important to us as yours is to you.

I have been working at SYSCO Food Services of Atlanta full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

My co workers are the best in the business. We hire the brightest and best! The pay structure is set up in a way that the hardest workers make the most money. If you are willing to really bust your hump, the sky is the limit on how much you can make.

    Cons

We work on Sundays and are rarely not attached to our computers, but we have to be available to our customers.

    Advice to Management

Eliminate some hoops that MA's have to go through so that we can sell more. But such is life in Corporate America.
