    Pros

    1. The CEO & his team is visionary. Good focus on Data & Analytics.
    2. Some very good people at onsite and offshore.
    3. Lot of emphasis on Data Science & Solutions.
    4. Very good emphasis on Life Sciences & Pharma. Good for people who want to build there career in pharma domain.

    Cons

    1. The current offshore leadership is pathetic.
    2. The company is being made to run like a school with class monitors.
    3. There is no vision and strategy at offshore , the only focus is micromanagement. There are people going around office to observe who is talking with whom and why.
    4. There are people who have been brought up the ladder and are doing a terrible job in delivery.
    5. Rather then concentrating on delivery and Sales people are concentrating on useless things.
    6. Good people have started leaving offshore because of all the above chaos.

    Advice to Management

Please change offshore leadership & Delivery team ASAP before its too late.

    Pros

I am working since 7+ years in Saama (U.S.) and I have worked for 6 years in Saama (India).
Management is very transparent, specially the CEO and the Senior management. I appreciate the event in which CEO of the company personally meet and chat with the employees on their yearly anniversaries in Saama.
Administration and Saama Lawyers are well organized and respond promptly.
We get good opportunities to work with various demanding technologies if we show or develop our tendency in the respective field.
Entertains and initiates the learning and training environment

    Cons

If you are stick with a 9:00 am to 5:00 pm job schedule then this is not the place for you.

    Pros

Management cares about and invests in people here. I have people that look out for me and help be successful. I feel like I am part of building something here. There is a real opportunity to make a difference. I find that energizing.

I have been working at Saama Technologies full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

If you get lucky to get a good BI project then there is learning opportunity.

    Cons

Unprofessional management. They lay off people if they are unable to place them in a new project soon even if they perform well. They pay below market rate and want you to learn Big Data technologies apart from project work. They do not spend a penny on training people. They expect you to work , work and work. Best for people who love to work 24 hrs a day at low salary.

    Advice to Management

Please stop hiring and firing at the same time and have some respect for people who worked so hard for so long.
