Friendly and collaborative people; career-making accounts that usually have proper budgets for the work; OK work hours; plenty of potential days off (work crises notwithstanding); great benefits.

Talent selection and retention leaves a lot to be desired.

    Pros

Great place to work - everyone is friendly. Beautiful office space and they are quick to employ new technologies.

    Cons

There is growth opportunity on probably many accounts, but not a ton a growth on all accounts. Some upper level executives have been here for quite some time.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing a great job! We really love working here and thank you for always being willing to hear out new things that we would like to try.

    Pros

Good pay, The work is steady and stable, the hours are cushy, not a lot of late nights, and the people were nice enough

    Cons

Not a lot of frills for a large ad agency: I didn't get cab rides or meals when I worked late and there were no cool corporate memberships. The work was a bit unexciting.

    Advice to Management

It would make work life more fun to have more happy hours and also perks like cab rides and meals when working late.

    Pros

co-workers were nice, lay back environment

    Cons

Management could consolidate their policies and procedures so I didn't get misguided.

    Advice to Management

Upper management needs to get involved and Consolidate procedures.or unified them.

    Pros

Good place to learn, especially when you want to find out about the structures of an international company.
You will rarely stay past 6pm and for the most part, can maintain a nice work-life balance.

    Cons

    Upper management really doesn't manage
Long hours, hard work, there is no bonus scheme which is a little annoying as i think it would motivate people to do even better work

I worked at Saatchi & Saatchi full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great area. Sadly, that's about it lately.

    Cons

CEO Brent Smart and and CCO Jay Benjamin are in way over their heads. Lost so many accounts and pitches in just the 18 months I was there, none of which were replaced. And just when morale couldn't get any lower, a memo from "management" demanded creatives show up at 9am, work late and ... oh yeah... no raises. It was a great agency at one point and it will be again, when these 2 are replaced. People are running to get out of there.

    Advice to Management

Just stop. Please. Let people with vision, passion and ideas take over.
