    I have been working at Sabre Industries full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Very quick hire process with everything in writing and also offered relocation assistance since I'm moving from Texas.

    Cons

    Haven't started yet but I've heard that a lot of safety procedures are skipped to increase production.

    Advice to Management

    I hope that my relocation is smooth and am glad to be part of the Sabre Industries team.

    I worked at Sabre Industries part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Met some good people willing to help a new guy and learning the paces.

    Cons

    Long work hours, Fasted paced and no employee safety, heavy drug user are your partners, upper management is a joke, will not employ you for more than a year, extremely disorganized.

    Advice to Management

    Stop employing for temporary work and treat your employee better instead of slaves.

    Paid every week. Great co worker

    Cons

    Clock system in the middle of factory instead of by the door. Benefit is quite pricey. One min late, your out!

    Be nice, not to worry about company! Worry about their personal and family!

    If you are not apart of the good ole boy system they have going on you will never make it there.

    Step down and let qualified people run the place.

    Mostly good coworkers and hourly workers.

    Bad decision making by management. Poor hiring decisions. Supervisors show favoritism not based on work.

    Driving forklifts is a ball.

    Cons

    Incredibly wealthy company overcome with greed. They work you to death and make you feel like a liability. Deplorable business ethics because of their $ billion profits. Somebody will get hurt. Osha should take up residence on site!!!!
