    Pros

Our work becomes the infrastructure you see all around you - you can see the results of your work benefiting society. The work is challenging and we are proud of what we do. The Management team wants what is best for everyone and really cares about the team. Owner/Investors are realistic. The people that work there are top notch.

    Cons

The industry goes up and down and so there is hiring frenzies and layoffs. The industry is also constantly evolving, so you have to change with it - if you don't like change, you might struggle here. Also, everyone has to pull their weight, so if you are not good at your job, you will be given the opportunity to do something else.

    Advice to Management

Sometimes its hard to understand some management decisions. Keep communicating regularly to all employees about what is going on overall.
