I have been working at Sabre full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Sabre has a combination of the best work, the best clients and an amazing work life balance. YPC, the young professionals resource group is a wonderful platform to network, meet more people, meet executives. The work is challenging and fun, the headquarters has an in-house cafeteria, Sabre is very pro-active with environment conservation and with volunteering.

    Cons

There are none that I can think of at the moment.

    Advice to Management

Mid-level management is mis-aligned with top level management and individual contributors.

    Pros

Good work life balance! Enough room to grow based on efforts put in!!

    Cons

It is the commute for me, but that is not really a con, just my personal limitation of not being able to move closer to work so reduce my commute time.

Thanks for taking the time to share. "Almost perfect" is quite the feat. And while we sympathize with all commuters, we're pleased to provide you a home to grow your career.
