I bought Sabre stocks at the peak of $10.05 and lots of analysts around are saying the mid is $6 or less. I already lost $$$. Should I just sell and be glad?

      Pros

Sabre has a very clear vision for the future. Employees are respected and valued by upper management. They offer flexibility, work from home, competitive pay and many employee benefits. During a hard time in travel (2020) they handled everything with grace and while layoffs and furloughs occurred they handled the situation with flying colors. It’s an honor to work at this company.

      Cons

I do not currently have any cons for working at Sabre.

      Pros

Work from Home (depends on the specific job); pay; relationships within the department; overall business acumen is outstanding by the professional within the company.

      Cons

only minor complaint is the true uncertainty of travel due to the Covid Pandemic.

      Pros

Good benefits - work from home, PTO, 401k, casual culture and atmosphere. Can settle into a role and be comfortable. Interesting products to work on.

      Cons

Not much employee appreciation. Can be too comfortable. Lots of red tape to deal with in processes. Hard to feel valued in a company of their size.

      Pros

Most managers respect their staff and do their best to motivate

      Cons

Not enough allowance to work from home one day a week. Some WFH 3 days a week, some departments have a zero WFH policy.

      Poor Upper Mgmt

      Pros

      Good Benefits, generous vacation time

      Cons

Upper Management is unprofessional. You have to be a favorite to be accepted or you are out. They fire too frequently. Everyone is expendable. Was a work from home company which was great & now they are moving backwards trying to take that perk away. Antiquated thinking at the top.
