    Pros

SETA is always current with employment and training trends. As an employee you will have an oppurtunity to work on many different grants that will offer you a wide range of experience and contribute to your professional growth. You may be working with high risk youth or ex offenders and then next year you may be working with small business owners and unemployed electricians.
They also offer constant trainings to help you with your growth. Also has a decent retirement

    Cons

Not many perks to working here. The benifit package is not the greatest of you have dependants.

    Advice to Management

Work on getting a better benifit package for those with dependants. Other than that keep up the great work....

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Sacramento Employment and Training Agency full-time

    Pros

Most of the non-supervisory staff are great people that are there to make a change in the many lives of families in Sacramento

    Cons

If you don't fit a certain "culture", there are no room for advancements. Favoritism is prevalent. In addition, management is concerned about their own well-being and not the families we serve.

And whatever you do, do not seek help or interact with HR.
