    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Sacred Heart Hospital (Eau Claire) full-time

    Pros

plenty of hours to be worked but always worked over time without any breaks because there aren't enough staff and over booked.

    Cons

No lunch breaks. Awful clinic to work in not saying names of the drs or office personal. No one liked anyone in the clinic and it was a gossip trap.

    Advice to Management

If your in management make sure you stand your ground. Don't let everyone transform you and make you nervous. When an employee comes to you take what they are saying seriously.

    Pros

Everyone is extremely helpful. Team oriented. Management is willing to listen to concerns and ideas for improvements. Benefit package is great. Friendly, warm, and welcoming.

    Cons

Some units and areas of the hospital is outdated (but a lot of remodeling is being done). Pay is lower than other area hospitals, but the pros of this organization out way the pay difference.

    Advice to Management

Increase pay to match area competitors and more staff, especially RN's, would stay.
