    Positive Outlook

I worked at Sacred Heart University for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great coworkers, very friendly and talented. Great hourly pay for adjunct faculty / clinical nursing instructors. Lots of opportunities for advancement, seem to promote from within.

    Cons

College is physically expanding rapidly, always doing construction, changing very quickly, hard to keep up

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Sacred Heart University for less than a year

    Pros

Great work/life balance, very friendly colleagues and staff. Everyone ready to help you and very flexible to needs. I would say it is one of the best workplaces to be in.

    Cons

Growth opportunities are scanty, after some time, career would stagnate. Not very good for a part-timer, especially if ambitious and looking for soaring career.
