    pretty campus, frequent (catered) professional development meetings; robust support from IT, my dept. and boss are wonderful

    parking is often a problem, no tuition reimb. for adjuncts or benefits of any kind, some lazy students

    Very nice physical plant, supportive supervisor, tech people to help with laptop and computer issues

    Cons

    no benefits or tuition assistance for adjuncts, relatively low salary, food service is expensive and not that good
