    Pros

Hourly team members and supervisors care about the place. Get rid of manager and let supervisors do their job. They no the job. Not him. Worthless

    Cons

Never seen a worse manager. Doesnt give employees time of day. Never leaves his office. Just sits there in the office vaping all day. Complete joke.

    Advice to Management

Plenty of people that want to do a good job and cares about the company. Get the manager out of the way so we can survive. Stop cutting our hours because you are over staffed. Cut the dead weight.

I worked at Saddle Creek Logistics Services full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Easy work unloading product from tractor trailers. Stack product 2 to 3 pallets on floor only. No rack systems involved.

    Cons

Below industry average hourly. Lead warehouse associate receives a dollar more per hour. Max out pay after one year. No room for advancement locally or nationally without you absorbing relocation expenses. 401K match by company takes 3 years to vest. Little to no overtime available. With the economic package they offer an average person with expenses can not make their bills.

    Advice to Management

With the cost of training, offer your associates a carrot of sorts economically to incentivize your potential labor pool.

    Pros

Rotational program offers great experiences and insight to the company's key services, warehousing, transportation, cross-docking and production.

    Cons

Not a lot of support from management as a trainee. Once it came time for first position after the 6 months of rotating between departments, there were many options and the opportunities weren't given to all trainees.

    Advice to Management

Trainees should be given equal opportunities for positions after initial rotation, and not have the assignments be based upon which members of management knew which trainees.
