    I worked at Saehan Bancorp as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

    All the department heads were willing to teach. The C-level executives were also dedicated to teaching when they were available

    Cons

    The con is that the company no longer exists.

    Advice to Management

    I wish there was another opportunity to work there.

    Hires talent from outside the company

    Cons

    No motivators for talent already in the company
    Strict protocols imposed on employees even though managers ignores them
    Limited communication from senior management
    Titles have no meaning, just more work

    Advice to Management

    Fix your Human Resources directives

    Pros

    Some employees & managers are very supportive (depending on department).

    Cons

    no overtime, long hours, inexperienced management and unfair working environment.

    Advice to Management

    Hire people so that an employee isn't doing work made for 3 people so that manager can receive higher pay.
