    Great employer with good working environment in terms of facilities gym, creche

    Cons

    No promotions, very hard to come by. One can stay in same level for 10years

    Advice to Management

    Increase salaries at least

    I thoroughly enjoyed my time there as an intern. Not much to say with regards to cons.

    Pros

    Saturday off. Flexible working hours . Good transport. Good welfare. Loans are affordable due to agreements with other financial institutions

    Cons

    Ear nose throat issues . Caused by long working hours with headset. Prolonged use of headset could damage the ear.

    Strong brand , this gives very high trust levels in the consumer environment and thus a quick sale is always round the corner

    Cons

    It can wait, there is no engrained entrepreneural spirit . There is a general view that change is something that can be postponed

    Pros

    Great and thorough induction training. Helpful supervisors. Quick feedback from support team. Good benefits other than salary.

    Cons

    Very rigid on working hours and scheduled and timed breaks. Antisocial working environment considering one is answering phone calls for 8 hours straight daily!

    Advice to Management

    The pay was painfully little considering the burden of work.
