I have been working at Safe Haven Security full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Best paying job I’ve ever had. They provide full benefits including a 401k, health, vision, and dental insurance. Team atmosphere! Upper management is very in touch with what is happening in each office and are very approachable. This company definitely takes care of its own.

    Cons

It is a commission only job.

I have been working at Safe Haven Security full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Pay can be decent, especially if you're good at sales.

    Cons

Expect 10-12hr days on average. Pay is by appointment so expect a lot of time to be wasted. Training will not prepare you for the job, you'll likely be put in the field and feel lost for a while. Your total hours worked in the week will be fudged in order to not pay overtime. Expect a LOT of driving in your own vehicle.
