      Pros

Paycheck every week. Good job for getting feet wet in sales industry.

      Cons

High mileage job. Commission only paid out once a month if you exceed the monthly draw. Long hours. The requirement to drive to the office everyday cuts into knocking hours. Office hours are generally a waste of time. It's just checking off a box. A W-2 job that's marketed as having 1099 freedoms, but really doesn't. The first week of "training" is a complete waste of time. It's just an online course. Your title is a "manager" but in reality you manage no one.

      Pros

Genuinely positive environment, thorough training, earnings potential

      Cons

This business model was unique 10 years ago, and that's where they really built up the company. Now though, this program has been copied by countless competitors and the real estate agents are pretty much over it. To call this job a "grind" is a serious understatement.
