I worked at Safelayer full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Lots of challenges to achieve.
    Great expert team.
    Big focus on innovation.
Open to new technologies or ideas.

    Cons

It might be hard to promote inside the company since some positions are taken by other people and it is hard to create new ones (expertise) but it is possible. They are opening to new markets and targets and that might open new opportunities.

Since the business is very specific and their products are focused on closed features sometimes is hard to add new innovative features or rupture with the current implementation.

    Advice to Management

Talk with your teams for new fresh ideas.

    Pros

    talented people.

    good working environment (hardware)

    Cons

Knowledge sharing could be better. As the company grows, it will have to continue to improve the efficiency of its processes.
Difficult to get your role changed.

    Advice to Management

Communication is bidirectional but responding to it is not, management should listen as well as they direct.
They should promote innovations & excellence.
