I have been working at Safeway full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Some of the pros of working this job is that majority of the time you have something to do. Fortunately, this seems to make time go by a lot quicker. Pay is also quite reasonable which makes it better.

    Cons

The job can be quite repetitive and boring. Customers can also be very particular with the way they want there groceries bagged, which nevertheless slows down the queue and makes more customers bored. Management also

    Advice to Management

To not be so up tight about the small rules of the company i,e (tucking shirt in, coming back from brake 2 minutes later). I will try my best to provide my best work ethic for the company. Please let me off if I’m not 100% all the time.

    I worked at Safeway full-time

    Pros

After 5 years you get 3 week of vacation

    Cons

You are always stressing out because they can't hire reliable people since no one wants to work there starting at a minimum wage.

    Advice to Management

The positions at corporate level need to be fill with employees that have work at store level for at least 3 years. That way they can see that cutting hours is NOT a solution for the company to make money
