    Pros

    Love my coworkers at my store- great community.

    Cons

    Low pay and many tasks to meet company quotas.

    Advice to Management

    Rethink how pharmacy technician hours are given per store. Everything is numbers based- what about research asking social science questions to better determine store needs.

    I think the hours are good. pay by the hour min wage.

    They cut your hours down at the end of the mouth.

    It's a good part time job if you don't plan on working there long

    They will use you until they can't anymore management doesn't know what it's doing.

    Pros

    They will pay you accordingly. Work life balance depends on store location. Bonus opportunities depend on store location as well.

    Cons

    You will have to earn every penny. Unrealistic expectations. Some days will leave you wanting to pull your hair out.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to requests from associates. Too cut throat. Take the time to remember where you came from. Sales, sales, sales aren't all that matter.
