    Doesn't Recommend

I have been working at Sage Dental full-time for more than a year

    Pros

You are allowed the privilege to work with patients and improve their oral health and hygiene.

    Cons

Company supports a culture of nepotism, upper management plays favorites, decent employees are not awarded based on their merit, you will sometimes train your boss and receive less pay than them.

    Advice to Management

    Care for your employees better

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Sage Dental full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Lot of locations to work at and choose from, fairly flexible to transfer to another location. Not often you have hours cut because of schedule

    Cons

Long days, run over working hours but not allowed to accrue overtime- have to take longer lunches or come in late. No matter how many months you beat your budget it's never enough. It's much more who you know and who you are friendly with vs your knowledge and job performance.

    Advice to Management

Set more realistic goals for the offices, stop hiring management with no dental experience, make pay more comparable to the work that is being done
