    Pros

The company culture is unmatched by any company I have ever worked for. Coworkers are amazing and management makes a concerted effort to keep everyone in the loop on the company's growth and continued success. There's an awesome balance between laid back and professional when it comes to the overall culture and they truly take care of their employees and make it a great place to work. Did I mention I love my job?

    Cons

Honestly can't think of a single one.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing. You guys are killing it and it shows in every way possible!!

I have been working at Sage Intacct full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Being a recent new hire I have found that the culture is extremely welcoming. AS I have been ramping up i have found that the management has gone above and beyond to make sure i have every tool that I need and a support base to make me successful. There is a level of understanding at Intacct that i have not seen at any other company. When interviewing every company told me that there team culture was great, and when in sales you take that with a grain of salt. However at Intacct the team atmosphere is beyond exceptional with people working together towards one common goal.

    Cons

The learning curve can be steep.

I worked at Sage Intacct full-time

    Pros

-Customers are loyal and love the product
    -Great "worker bees"

    Cons

    - Huge turnover in multiple groups over the last year
    - What was an amazing culture has been replaced with a lack of communication, us vs. them attitude, and only focusing on numbers
    - Politics and power struggles within management
    - Bosses instead of leaders
-Lack of corporate direction being distilled throughout the organization
-Inconsistent HR "policies" - they vary depending on who you are

    Advice to Management

-Take a look at what groups are losing people quickly and at incredibly high rates and then see what needs to be changed. Turnover is being overlooked. When people have 4+ bosses in a year and 16+ people have left a team of about 25 in 15 months, there's an issue.
    - Too many VPs (5) on the small marketing team (25). Hire people who will do the work rather than people who create the work.
    - Exit interview was a joke and sends a clear message that the employee and their views aren't valued. Mine took 7 minutes and was "sign here, sign here and here's your final check." No mention of insurance, outstanding expense reports, confirmation of mailing address, why I was leaving, am I going to a competitor...
    - Inconsistency with titles. Was continuously told that in order to get a title promotion, specific things needed to happen, yet many people on the team were hired or promoted without the qualifications that were needed. When I asked HR about this, the response was "some people have fake titles."
    - Get back to focusing on the people and the culture which is what made Intacct great.
