I have been working at Sage Restaurant Group full-time

    Pros

Job security, Reputation, Brand recognition, health benefits, relatively consistent income when compared to smaller local businesses. Good opportunities to move anywhere in the world and still be able to find a job within the company.

    Cons

Corporate companies tend to get too focused on the overall picture, and can forget the people working at the various levels of the company. This unfortunately tends to be the case with SRG as well.

    Advice to Management

As a corporate company with hundreds of employees it can be challenging to remember your staff. Prioritize your talent, and your talent will give you 100%.

    Pros

Family like work environment . If you are a full time employee the benifits are great. Plenty of room for advancement.

    Cons

Business slows down in the winter. It's hard to qualify to be a full time employee. High turn around.
