    Fellow workers good bunch people

    Cons

    Higher ups clueless at times. Had no idea about the software we helped customers with, just looked at stats. We're treated as another working stiff. If you spent too long helping customers wondered why and then next day execs send email on how important customers are.

    Advice to Management

    Make sure left hand knows what the rite is doing.
