    Pros

    1 Free meal a day

    Cons

    Waitresses are paid $2.15 an hour, and are advised by management to lie on their tip forms if they didn't make enough tips. The company does NOT want to reimburse/pay waitresses and warn them if they don't make enough tips they'll likely be fired.

    Secondly, this location is less than favorable when it comes to cleanliness. Waitresses handle toppings and garnishes and management doesn't care if they do it with their fingers without washing their hands. They can also be seen eating off customer's plates before they're taken out. The biscuits are handled with bare hands too.

    Advice to Management

    Your waitresses are human beings.

    Good money on the weekends, some management was ok, decent hours to work

    Inconsistent, favoritism, lack of structure or rules, drama, alot of employees were into illegal activities

    As a hostess your job was simple everyone else did pretty much everything for you

    Cons

    Management were all shall I say friendly with the servers and hostesses

    Hire people who may have more than looks!

    Pros

    Company is small so you have a lot of freedom in creativity.

    Cons

    Too many hours versus pay. Sagebrush takes "no qualityof life" to new levels. The corporate support is non existent. This company has no direction, no leadership and unfortunately no bright future.

    Start over

    To far to drive from my home, the pay was good but not great

    Nice company to work for the upper management seems to care about employee. Have many locations across country

    Long hours and doesn't pay as much as competing companies. May be made to move around alot in region

    Pros

    First time managers who want to work below the pay scale are hired. Good place to begin management career. Then go out and see how it really is.

    Cons

    It is as corporate as it gets. All numbers; bad month; gone.

    Advice to Management

    Good experience; but do not put on resume.

    Pros

    The people I worked with were phenomenal. Great discount on food for employees as well.

    Cons

    Repairs needed were never fixed, constantly under managed (which was allowed by corporate management team) and just didn't feel very supported in any of our efforts to improve restaurant.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your management teams who are there everyday. Have meetings and just establish a line of communication so we can move forward without taking two steps back.
