    Pros

The pay and on boarding process was great.

    Cons

The client Deloitte did not provide the time keeping resources as planned causing confusion. Deloitte had control issues and mismanaged projects without accepting accountability.

    Advice to Management

Document everything related to Deloitte management control. Saicon had no control Saicon as sub contractor blamed.

    Pros

They claim to be 100 Million firm but i think it is around 60 Million ... so they have money to be able to pay salary's on time
They can sponsor few events in the staffing industry

    Cons

They hire you to get direct clients and the movement you got them, They need business and when you get business ... You are fired .. because they feel that they will be able to continue the cycle without a sales man ..
Useless acquisitions : Fluffy acquisitions or mergers neither the new company or the parent company posses any value .
They think that HR with zero process knowledge can do everything for them
No good recruiters and sales promises almost anything
I bet ... call anyone from saicon and you will fluff all around
Very Very bad at client behaviour ...

    Advice to Management

So non receptive to the advice's ... no use

    Pros

no pros.. they are truly unfit ..

This is not a consulting company, not genuine, not effective in maintaining immigration rules .. no one knows how to follow the rules ,, they will not care and they won't respond to consultants when required. I will not recommend to any one to join in this company.. Please do prefer any white vendor companies ..

    Advice to Management

Better close the consulting company and focus on running a fish market

I have been working at Saicon Consultants full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

A staffing company that aspires to be a professional services company, pays median salary, hires a lot of H1B employees - both its own and other staffing company H1Bs.

    Cons

They have very poor quality operational management skills. The operating environment is very chaotic and produces lots of errors and poor quality. There is lots of fighting among family members who work in this company and the family members are allowed to cause suboptimal corporate performance. They push the envelope ethically to win business and this will probably catch up with them eventually. The key to the growth of their federal government business has been to develop relationships with federal procurement managers and contract evaluators by hiring them and their family members after they retire, or while the contract proposals are being evaluated, and to offer financial benefits to federal managers who evaluate the JMA contract proposals favorably. They are probably within the letter of the law, though definitely violate the spirit of the law.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to compete, fair and square, so your shenanigan are not required.
