    Pros

    * Flexible working (currently up to 2 days in the office the rest WHF) * Excellent people (surrounded by highly qualified professionals) * Potential career growth (rotation is common and natural curiosity is proactively supported)

    Cons

    * Pay is slightly below market average (apparently due to non-rigid budget) * Split of responsibilities is not equal (some roles are much easier comparing to others even in the same team and it is purely dependant on what is primary focus i.e. product)
